TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR A PRODUCTION MANAGER<\/u><\/h1>\n

The Production Manager leads and manages several teams in order to ensure the production of the workshop under the conditions of efficiency, quality, costs, safety and deadlines required by the production plan. He or she has a major role in the organization of work and contributes to the profitability of the workshop.<\/p>\n

The teams are: Carpentry, Metal, Rattan, upholstery, Finishing, Machines….<\/p>\n

Works under the instructions of the General Management and collaborates with customer care and DAO team (tender offers).<\/p>\n

  • Ensure reporting of information to colleagues and review production quantities; if necessary, adjust the day’s deliveries and find solutions to problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Train the newcomers to the rules of safety, cleanliness and quality procedures in place in the company,<\/li>\n
    • Check the application of procedures, reinforce the action of team leaders and sanction if necessary<\/li>\n
    • Search for ways to improve with the quality department, purchasing, maintenance, methods, logistics and the production manager<\/li>\n
    • Improve the production management of the workshop<\/li>\n
    • Provide technical assistance to his team<\/li>\n
    • Ensure the maintenance of the equipment by managing the priorities with the maintenance department<\/li>\n
