We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist Person who can oversee employee hiring and onboarding experience as well as assisting in crafting company policies. The role focuses on employee recruitment, growth of the business portfolio and requires good knowledge of local Burundi labor law.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Planning and Development <\/em><\/strong>-Develop hiring plans for every company who requires the employees in the based on seasonal necessities.<\/p>\n

Recruitment and Screening<\/em><\/strong> -Assess, screen, and interview job candidates.<\/p>\n

On-Boarding Process<\/em><\/strong> -Work to onboard new employees to make them feel comfortable.<\/p>\n

Filing<\/em> <\/strong>\u2013 Arrange employees records such as contracts, and pay special attention to visas and work permits<\/p>\n

Employee Health and Safety <\/em><\/strong>-Make sure the oranization staff complies with relevant safety and health rule<\/p>\n

HR liaisons<\/em><\/strong> -Serve as a liaison for employees who possess inquiries on job-related issues<\/p>\n

Attendance and Work Schedule<\/em><\/strong> -Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.<\/p>\n

La formation et le d\u00e9veloppement <\/em><\/strong>-Organize training programs for all organization partners employees as well as assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of employee programs and events, such as Wellness Fairs, farewell parties, and community service projects, among others<\/p>\n

Wage and Salary administration<\/strong> \u00a0<\/em>-Administer remuneration, severance, and benefits policies as well as ensure that every employee receives an appraisal every 12 months or as required by the organization management policy, and that all appraisals are reviewed and improved needs are followed up on as needed.<\/p>\n

General administration Services <\/em><\/strong>-Collaborate with accommodation, transport, and catering for our employees when needed.<\/p>\n

Separation and Retention <\/em><\/strong>-Execute employee retention programs such as end-of-season bonuses as well as report on employee turnover rates.<\/p>\n
